This policy explains how INRAXO handles information submitted through this website. Client project data is governed separately by the NDA and Data Processing Agreement signed with each client, not by this policy.

Pilot request form: your name, company or lab, work email, the type of work you need, and the project objective you choose to write.

Expert application form: your full name, email, primary domain, years of experience, a LinkedIn or resume link, and the experience description you write.

We do not ask for confidential project details before an NDA is in place, and we ask that you do not include them in a form.

Form submissions are delivered by email to info@inraxo.com and are used only to respond to your enquiry or assess your application.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers.

Only INRAXO team members who need the information to respond to you. Anyone handling it is bound by confidentiality obligations.

We use standard service providers for email and website hosting. They process data on our instructions only.

Enquiries and applications are retained only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent for, and for our ordinary business records.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@inraxo.com. We will confirm once it is done.

Information is stored on infrastructure protected by encryption in transit and at rest, with role based access on a least privilege basis. See our Security page for details.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@inraxo.com.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
