These terms govern your use of the INRAXO website. By using the site you agree to them. INRAXO is a company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

This website describes our services and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of any particular result.

Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, together with an NDA and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. Where those documents conflict with this page, those documents apply.

Samples, engagement designs and expert profiles are shared only under NDA.

You agree to submit accurate information and not to include confidential or third party material in a form before an NDA is signed.

Form submissions are delivered to info@inraxo.com and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use the forms to send unlawful, abusive, or automated bulk content.

Submitting an application does not create an offer of work or an employment relationship. Applicants who pass our assessments are engaged as independent contractors under a written agreement, with rates and payment terms agreed in advance.

The INRAXO name, logo, and the content of this website belong to INRAXO. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Ownership of deliverables produced for a client is set out in that client's service agreement.

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, INRAXO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability relating to client work is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
