Referral Policy

Any INRAXO contributor with an active account can refer people. If your account is later paused or removed, you are still paid any referral bonus or earnings you have already earned, unless they came from fraud or a breach of these terms (see Section 14).

You can only refer a person who is new to INRAXO. They must not already have an INRAXO account or an earlier application with us. Each person can be referred once and counts for one referrer only. If more than one person names the same candidate, the first valid referral recorded on the application form counts.

Ask the person you are referring to enter your email address in the referral field of the INRAXO application form. Use the email address you registered on the INRAXO platform. A name, a phone number or any other detail is not recorded as a referral.

A referral can only be made on the application form, at the time the person applies. We cannot add or change a referrer afterwards. You can follow each referral on the Referrals page of your INRAXO account.

A referral becomes eligible when the person you referred has completed the required accepted hours on a single INRAXO project. The requirement is 10 accepted hours unless the project announcement sets a different number, in which case that number applies. Hours from different projects are not added together.

Accepted hours are hours of work that have passed INRAXO's quality review and, where a project requires it, have also been accepted by the client. Work that is rejected, unpaid or still under review does not count. Joining the platform or completing fewer than the required hours does not earn a bonus. There are no partial payments.

Your Referrals page shows where each person is in the process:

1. Applied: submitted the application form with your email in the referral field.
2. Assessment: taking or has completed the qualification assessment.
3. Contract: has been offered the contributor agreement and is signing it.
4. Onboarded: has signed, set up their account and been given access to a project. Being onboarded does not mean work is guaranteed or that the bonus is due.
5. Accepted hours: hours accepted so far, shown up to the required number.

The referral amount is set for each project and is shown in the project announcement or onboarding message and on the Referrals page of your account. The amount that applies is the amount announced at the time the referred person applies.

If INRAXO changes an amount, the change applies only to people who apply after it is announced. Some projects may not offer a referral bonus. Each person you refer earns one bonus.

When a referral becomes eligible and our checks are complete, we pay the bonus once, in full, in your local currency. It is paid with the regular contributor payout, currently every two weeks, to the payment details you have given INRAXO.

You are responsible for your own taxes. INRAXO may deduct tax at source where the law requires it. INRAXO does not reimburse any cost you incur while referring someone.

Some opportunities on the INRAXO job board come from other platforms that work with INRAXO (each a "Partner Platform"). Each listing names the Partner Platform it comes from. INRAXO is a referral partner of these platforms. INRAXO is not their agent, employee or representative and cannot make offers or commitments for them.

The person you refer applies, registers and signs a contract directly with the Partner Platform. The Partner Platform runs its own assessment, onboarding, work, quality review and payment under its own terms with that person. INRAXO does not hire, onboard, supervise or pay anyone for Partner Platform work.

Both steps are needed:

1. The person enters your email address in the referral field of the INRAXO application form.
2. The person creates their Partner Platform account through the INRAXO link on that listing.

The referral does not count if the person signs up on the Partner Platform any other way, already has an account there, or has applied there before.

For Partner Platform referrals, you earn a share of what the person you referred earns on that Partner Platform, until you reach the maximum for that person. Each listing shows the share and the maximum that apply. The share and maximum shown when the person applies through you are the ones that apply. The hours rule in Part A does not apply.

For example, if a listing shows 20% up to $100 per person, you earn 20% of what your referral earns on that Partner Platform until you have received $100 for them. If they earn $300, you earn $60. Once they have earned $500, you have reached your $100 for that person.

Earnings count once the Partner Platform has paid them out to the person you referred and the payout shows in INRAXO's partner records. Work that is approved but not yet paid out does not count. If the person you referred earns nothing, there is nothing to share.

Your earnings from Partner Platform referrals are added to your referral balance and paid in US dollars with the regular INRAXO contributor payout, currently every two weeks, to the payment details you have given INRAXO.

The minimum payout is $10. If your balance is below $10 on a payout date, it carries over to the next payout until it reaches $10. Nothing in your balance expires. If you leave INRAXO, if your account is paused or removed, or if INRAXO ends the referral program, we pay your remaining balance in full, even if it is below $10, unless it came from fraud or a breach of these terms.

Section 7 applies to taxes and costs. Any transfer fees charged by your own bank or payment provider are yours.

1. Never ask anyone for a fee, deposit or commission for a referral, for signing up, for access to work, or from what they earn.
2. Do not present yourself as staff of a Partner Platform, and do not make any page, profile or message that could be mistaken for theirs.
3. Do not contact anyone INRAXO tells you not to contact. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop and tell INRAXO within 2 business days.
4. If INRAXO tells you to stop promoting a listing, stop within 24 hours, or right away if the notice says it is a compliance issue.
5. INRAXO's owners, directors, employees and the people living in their households cannot be referred to Partner Platform opportunities through INRAXO.
6. Only share rates, pay and work details that appear on the INRAXO listing. Do not share anything else you learn about a Partner Platform, its clients or its projects.

INRAXO may hold a referral for review while it checks any of the points below. No bonus is paid when:

1. you refer yourself, or the referred person is the same individual as you under a different email
2. the referred person already had an INRAXO account or an earlier application before they were referred, or for Part B, already had an account with the Partner Platform
3. two people name each other as referrer
4. the referred person's account is a duplicate, a fake or a shared account
5. the referral was made in any way other than the steps in Section 3 or Section 9
6. the referred person's hours or payouts were not accepted, were reversed, or were earned in breach of the project rules
7. the referral was obtained through misleading or dishonest means, or by breaking Section 12 or Section 16

If a bonus has already been paid and we later find that it came from fraud, a fake or duplicate account, or a breach of these terms, INRAXO can take back the full bonus. There is no time limit for this.

If the hours or payout behind a bonus are reversed, refunded or charged back by INRAXO's client or by a Partner Platform within 12 months after we paid the bonus, INRAXO can also take back that bonus. For Partner Platform referrals, this means the share you earned on the reversed amount.

We will tell you in writing why and how much. We may deduct the amount from your future payouts, or ask you to repay it within 30 days.

INRAXO decides whether a referral is eligible. If a referral is held, declined or a bonus is taken back, you can ask for a second look by writing to info@inraxo.com within 30 days of our decision. Include the name and email of the person you referred. INRAXO's decision after that review is final.

Be honest when you refer someone. Do not send spam, and follow the spam and data protection laws of the country where you contact people. Do not promise a job, approval, work, hours, earnings or any timeline, and do not describe the referral bonus as guaranteed pay. Do not apply or create accounts for other people without their knowledge. You cannot make offers or commitments on behalf of INRAXO or any Partner Platform.

Breaking these rules can lead to the referral being declined, the bonus being withheld or taken back, and your account being paused or removed.

On your Referrals page you can see each person you referred by their first name and the email address they entered on the application form, along with their current stage. You cannot see their assessment score, earnings, phone number, the clients or projects they work on, or other personal details.

When a person enters your email on the application form, they agree that you will see their first name, email and stage. Use this only to follow your own referrals. Do not share or publish it.

INRAXO uses your email only to run the referral program, which includes matching your referrals and paying bonuses. INRAXO keeps referral records for as long as needed for payment, audit and legal reasons. These terms sit alongside INRAXO's Privacy Policy.

Taking part in the referral program does not make you an employee, agent or representative of INRAXO or of any Partner Platform. The referral bonus is not salary. A referral does not guarantee that the person you refer will be selected, onboarded or given work by INRAXO or by a Partner Platform.

INRAXO may change, pause or end the referral program, or update these terms, at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date and apply to referrals made after the change. A referral that has already become eligible under the earlier terms will still be paid. If you keep referring people after the terms change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about the referral program can be sent to info@inraxo.com.
